A good introduction to computers. The goal is to create a “user friendly” comfort zone with the most popular software used in the business world and home computers. This is a beginner course with lots of hands-on computer time. Topics: Windows XP Operating System, Intro to Windows Applications, File Management, Using the Internet, Intro to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and plenty of time to practice. |

$400 | Oct 11 | Description Instructor:Mark Cyr- Location - Saint Albans This course teaches the fundamentals of the Windows operating system and of the Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Suite. Learn to edit and manage files, work with toolbars, rulers, menus and formating through Microsoft Word. With Microsoft Excel learn to input formulas, sort numbers, create charts, and print spreadsheets. Microsoft Access teaches the basics of working with a database, building tables, creating and modifying simple forms and reports and using wizards. Work with Power Point to develop graphic presentations |
