$800 + text | April 13 | Phlebotomists perform blood collection procedures, draw blood and handle, transport and process blood samples. This course provides theoretical and technical introductory skills of a phlebotomist including anatomy and physiology of circulatory system, medical terminology, hospital departments and clinical laboratory procedures, safety, types of laboratory analyses, specimen collection including techniques, equipment, sources of error and medical legal issues in the practice of phlebotomy.
